The Role:

We have an exciting vacancy for a Facilities Management Administrator to join our Building Support Services function, and support our cleaning team in delivering excellent customer service.

You will work as part of a team providing administrative support, to ensure services are delivered to Thirteen buildings. You’ll be assisting in organising and scheduling the best use of resources, and ensuring staff are equipped with the ‘tools to do the job’. The role will manage and record service performance through our scheduling system ‘Bigchange’.

The Person:

You will have experience of providing admin duties and communicating to a dispersed team, and will be adaptable to change and promote new ways of working. Your communication skills will need to be particularly effective as you will be interacting with a wide range of internal colleagues, our customers as well as third party stakeholders through various methods and tools available.

It’s essential that you will be focussed on delivering a great customer experience and ensuring the service we provide is innovative and forward thinking, making changes as the services naturally evolve and business opportunities arise while ensuring to embrace the culture, values and behaviours in every day business.
