  • · Practical experience in working with supply partners to deliver a seamless, integrated service.
  • · Customer service experience and an ability to communicate at all levels. Understanding and experience of ensuring focus is on individual customer needs, capable of anticipating any needs whilst meeting required service levels.

Role responsibility

· Working in a small team with responsibility for planning and managing all reactive works, statuary compliance, and cyclical maintenance visits

· Responsibility for planning, booking, and managing through to completion all cyclical and reactive works, dealing directly with day-to-day issues to ensure repair of defects are dealt with in set timescales.

· Responsible for dashboards, liaise with managers to ensure the jobs are scheduled and completed within set timeframes as to ensure KPI’s are achieved.

· Responsible for filling All service and maintenance and report sheets and actioning and remedial works required, including obtaining quotes.

· Produce management reports by extracting data into and excel spreadsheet, monthly for meeting and at the request of the client, team, or internal colleagues.

· Assist managers and colleagues with any other ad hoc tasks that may arise from time to time.
