Full Time

Salary: £20,000-25,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Holidays:21 days holidays (increases to 23 days after 12 months’ service) + bank holidays.

Role Summary

The selected candidate will be in charge of coordinating the daily needs of facilities around the UK (Reactive). Planification and execution of future growth plan. This candidate will need to be able to travel around the UK identifying risks and opportunities towards standardization of our portfolio and building up reports, processes and a clear action plan for a better management of facilities.

This position offers a great opportunity for a highly motivated, skilled professional, comfortable with numbers looking for an opportunity to develop a career in FM.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordination of BAU need for a portfolio of offices, circa 102,220 sq. ft. around the UK.
• Planification of facilities growth for a high pace and dynamic company.
• Ensure quality and standardization of our facilities portfolio.
• Suppliers relation and evaluation.
• Contract management at basics.

Experience and Skills

• One-year experience in facilities management
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with stakeholders from all areas of the business.
• An open mindset and vision to design and execute procedures effectively.
• Availability to travel on a weekly basis, when needed.
• Comfortable MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Organized
• Enthusiastic
• Problem solving
• Procurement background, CIPS Level 3 or similar preferred
• Driving license is mandatory
