We’re looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities Management Team looking after the EKFB (Effiage Kier Ferrovial BAM) HS2 Joint Venture based out of our Rushden office. Within this role working among a great team, taking a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation in all aspects of the job.


Location: Rushden

Contract:Fixed Term Contract/Maternity Cover – 40 hours per week


Responsibilities


As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and administering the day to day business and finance activities of the EKFB estate.


Your day to day will include:


  • Liaising with the client, helpdesk, sub-contractors, and operational staff to ensure that reactive and planned maintenance activities are delivered
  • Maintaining and updating spreadsheets tracking work, schedules, costs, and other contract related outputs
  • Responsible for all Oracle activities and being the exception handler for the project
  • Monitor and record contract costs, compare to business and contract plans and schedules and alert managers to any discrepancies
  • Responding to telephone, verbal and written requests for information and where appropriate providing the response or directing to manager

This role of Facilities Coordinator is great for you if:


  • Previous experience in a similar background, working in the facilities management sector
  • Good communication skills and able to prioritise own workload
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages and in the use of CAFM systems
