The Role


Office location: Woolston Depot, Hawthorne Avenue, Woolston, Warrington

A vacancy has arisen for the position of Area Cleaning Supervisor within the Facilities Cleaning Service (Environment & Transport Directorate).



This is a crucial role within a dynamic customer focussed business in which you will be responsible for direct management and day to day delivery of the cleaning service within a group of buildings including but not limited to civic buildings, educational establishments and private enterprise, ensuring that cleaning activities are carried out in accordance with the commercial contract and defined cleaning specification.



We are looking for someone who:

Is driven and flexible, you will be required to supervise and deploy cleaning staff, carry out on-site training, process monthly pay timesheets, arrange cover for cleaning staff during periods of absence, carry out quality audits on service delivery standards, liaise with Business Managers and Heads of Establishments.



A full driving licence is required and use of own vehicle for which an essential car allowance is provided.

Enhanced DBS will be required.
