Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and exceptional EYFS teacher to join our leadership team here at Princecroft School. The successful candidate will lead our EYFS team working across our Reception class and brand new, purpose-built nursery which opened in January 2021.

We are looking for an inspirational EYFS practitioner with the highest aspirations for the children’s achievements to join our team and help take our EYFS on the next stage in its journey. Princecroft is a Good school with Outstanding features and we strive to embed excellence and the very best practice in everything we do. We are passionate about the professional development of our staff and would give any successful candidate significant support and training. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate they are:
  • An outstanding EYFS practitioner who has a proven track record of having a positive impact on pupil outcomes

  • A true role model, setting an example to the children, staff and whole school community.
  • A person with vision, passion and the highest expectations with the ability to work closely with the Headteacher, Governors and Senior Leadership Team in maintaining an outstanding EYFS.
