Our client is a fast-moving and technically-advanced manufacturing company, expanding rapidly across both UK and Export markets. As an established company with global reach, their customers range from local businesses to multi-national corporations. Their primary focus is to offer exceptional customer service when managing a high workload of volume orders, and therefore an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Export Order Processing Administrator to join the team. The successful candidate will need previous experience processing high volume orders within a fast-paced business who export their product. The ideal candidate will be reliable, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to the daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing a high volume of sales orders
  • Organising delivery of products to customers
  • Sample order processing
  • Raising work sheets for the production department
  • Liaising with production, sales and technical departments
  • General office administration and answering the phone

Skills & Experience:

  • 3 years commercial order processing administration experience (export related) OR educated to 2:1 degree level with at least 8 months commercial experience (export related)
  • Exposure within a manufacturing, engineering or technical industry sector is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • Ability to use MS Office
  • Educated to degree level
