What’s involved?

You will manage a large team of Chefs at a multi-outlet event venue, and your responsibilities will include:

Ensure that all menus are prepared to the very best standards, and drive menu innovation

Ensure that budgetary targets are achieved on site through a thorough understanding of GP, GP%, selling price, cost price, margin, mark up and calculation of menu costs through recipes

Lead from the front, and ensure that the brigade
