A growing technology company, based in Hammersmith, are currently looking for a Executive Assistant (EA) to support the company’s CEO in his daily duties.

Working in their offices in London, you will be working closely with the CEO who often works long days. He will also be working out of their US offices quite often, so you may need to work long hours when needed.

We need someone who has worked as an EA in a challenging and growing environment for a number of years, ideally in one business rather than moving every couple of years. Maybe from a finance, start-up, marketing, or another background where the company have a lot of moving parts. Knowledge of the Medical Devices sector with be highly advantageous.

This is a growing company, and your duties will grow and grow as this happens. The CEO looks after the people who works with him, so if you provide an excellent service your long-term career will be assured.

It is expected that you would have worked as an EA for a few years, specifically for a company’s CEO, Director or other C-level role.

The CEO likes task-masters who can tick off a list of jobs throughout the day, making sure his work and your work is kept on top of.

You will be rewarded with an excellent starting salary, large bonus and pension.
