We are seeking an experienced, high performing Executive and Team Assistant to play a fundamental role in enabling us to achieve our business goals.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

Full Executive Assistant support for our Managing Director:o Email Management - screening and prioritising emails that need urgent attention.o Diary Management - organisation of meetings, internal and external, Board meetings and Advisory Board meetings, preparation of agendas, minutes, papers and presentations, filing of papers following meetings, i.e., Board meeting minutes.o Organisation of travel, UK and overseas.o Processing of expenses, working alongside the Finance team. Admin support to Consultant Legal Counsel:o Processing legal documents to ensure these are signed by the relevant parties and filed appropriately.o Prepare draft Board meeting minutes working alongside Legal Counsel. Admin support to Executive Leadership Team (ELT).o Supporting members of the ELT with ad hoc administrative tasks, projects and initiatives.o Assisting with the set-up of regular events as part of the Social Committee. Administrative Taskso Management of SharePoint, Teams and Office 365, ensuring systems and files are orderly, and restricted access is provided to appropriate personnel.o Plan and coordinate admin procedures and systems and develop ways to streamline processes to achieve optimum effectiveness and efficiencies.

    Location: Predominantly remote based. Ability to easily travel to Wimborne / Bournemouth area for meetings preferable but not essential. May also be some minimal requirement for travel to London for occasional UK team meetings.

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Hours: Part Time, 25 hours per week which can be worked flexibly over 5 days Monday - Friday. There will be some requirement for availability for urgent tasks on an as needed basis.

    Salary: Competitive
