A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive to support a fast, growing organisation based in the Caerphilly area. You will join an organisation currently experiencing huge growth, assisting with a large recruitment project and a variety of other daily tasks.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant seeking an opportunity to be involved with a variety of large projects.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
  • Take charge of a new recruitment campaign assisting with scheduling interviews, prioritising and allocating times for various vacancies
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management and all associated arrangements
  • Monitoring and prioritising incoming mail/emails/ calls on a daily basis, dealing, responding and redirecting as appropriate
  • Maintaining control of budget, process invoices and monthly expense claims
  • Arranging monthly employee communication sessions maximising attendance with employees from across the business.
  • Attending to take minutes and follow up on actions as required
  • Skilled at planning and arranging travel/meetings
  • Support the communication teams with organising events
  • Maintain Executive team electronic folders
  • Provide strong support in administration
The Successful Applicant

The Successful Executive Assistant Will Have
  • Experience of working at board level
  • Experience assisting with Projects
  • Experience working on recruitment campaigns
  • Excellent IT skills - Microsoft office, PowerPoint, excel, word, outlook
  • Strong writing and proof-reading skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with a flexible and enthusiastic approach prepared to get the work done that is required to ensure the business meets its business objectives
  • Motivated, stress resilient, working with utmost integrity at all times
