A lovely first-opinion practice in Ely, Cambridge is looking to expand their team of six vets, including multiple members studying for certificates.

A lovely first-opinion practice is looking to expand their team of six vets, including multiple members studying for certificates. They are also visited regularly by an orthopaedic specialist, who you will have the opportunity to learn from. You will also be working with eight nurses, who have further qualifications in wound care, feline care, and ECC.

The practice does a lot of work with local charities, including WGAS, the RSPCA, and Cats Protection so you will see a varied caseload.

They are also very flexible on the rota, and can consider anything from 30 to 41 hours spread over three to five days. You will also work 1/3 Saturdays (0830-1600) but there are no OOHs!

The practice is purpose-built with excellent equipment including a brand-new x-ray, ultrasound, endoscope, and dental x-ray.

Key Duties

  • Very flexible on the rota. You can work 30-41 hours per week, over 3-5 days.

  • No OOH.
