Formula 1 British Grand Prix Event Relief Chef

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a national Award Glamping Company and have a fantastic opportunity for some Relief Chefs to join their team at a few of this years best festivals, including the British Grand Prix at Silverstone Northamptonshire.

  • Starting Tuesday 13th July for up to 2 weeks depending, and again at the end of August if you choose to work the 3rd
Package
  • Competitive hourly paid rate.

  • Accommodation provided at Silverstone campsite.
What’s involved?
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality
  • Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
  • Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus.
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
