As ourEvents and Content Specialist, you’ll support the creation of video, photo and event-specific content across the business focusing on engagement, consistency, and delivery. The role will also include design and branding requirements, alongside event admin including logistics and delegate management support.

Some key accountabilities include:

• Responsible for event-specific and internal content for business-wide projects, ensuring it is properly resourced and launched within agreed timelines (briefed in by Retail and Internal communications teams) including video, photography, design assets and PowerPoint decks.
• Supporting the Event Production and Content Manager on upgrades and management of all in-house equipment, Hub event space and Video Suite
• Interpret briefs from Retail & Internal communication teams via storyboards, scamps, and responses to brief document, then creating and editing the content and managing through the approval process.
• Filming and editing live events.
• Supporting the Events team with planning, organising, and running events of less than 100 people including venue liaison, registration builds and full delegate management.
• Support all event promotion across websites, social media, email marketing and other internal platforms working with the marketing team to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all event activity
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with professionals, maintain relationships in the event industry and generate new and innovative ideas.,
• Work with communication teams to ensure content is informative, appealing, and positioned in the right way for H&B’s brand and audience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience creating content.
• Flexibility to film in variety of locations
• Design & video capability - fully competent in Adobe design suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro).
• Full competency in Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
