Job description

My client creates and distributes complex electronic devices, serving the telecoms, automotive and medical industries. Due to continued global growth they are now seeking an Account Manager to join their growing international team in South West London.

Working from my client’s sales and service office, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing existing customer accounts and developing sales with new accounts across the UK and Europe, by applying a consultative sales approach.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships within all levels of and visit customers as often as possible.
  • Work closely with my client’s global HQ to establish sales forecasts, pricing strategies and product-mix decisions to maximise profit.
  • Preparing and improving marketing materials such as presentations, Web-site literature, press releases, and magazine articles.

If you’re an established Account Manager working within the electronics or telecoms sector, then we’d love to hear from you. We’re ideally looking for people from a technical sales background, so some experience within this area is essential.
