Job Summary

  • Manage team of 2 Etail content marketing executives
  • Primary responsibility for delivering the creation and optimisation of all etail specific content – copy, and images
  • Increase visibility ,traffic and conversion with the lead focus on Amazon product pages, including A ++, A+ (premium) content and brand stores with the ultimate goal of increasing ACCO brands product page ranking, conversions and sales across Amazon EMEA (8 markets) plus Etail EMEA per se.
  • Lead the Amazon platform product merchandising of all brands in the European ACCO portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritise and implement content improvement to increase visibility and sales conversion on Amazon and other key etailers
  • Train develop and lead the Etail-Marketing Executive team prioritising and delegating work load across all the EMEA the brands – Leitz, Rexel, Esselte, GBC, Nobo, Rapid Tools, Kensington and Derwent
  • Work closely with and brief third party agencies to ensure ACCO EMEA is using the most relevant and up to date product and brand presentation and achieve higher levels of conversion
  • Project manage and lead new product introductions working closely with the Brand and Product Teams.
  • Coordinate and communicate with markets and key stakeholders status on all projects manage regular market update meetings.
  • Ensure timely product activation across Europe against committed timings, completing necessary administrative tasks
  • Regular monitoring and optimising of product listings and product detail pages across the core EMEA markets
  • Coordinate with external agency to create and publish detailed, extensive optimised content for Etail product listings
  • Ensure Etail content is shared and available to the wider organisation and external customers via available tools and portal
  • Utilise merchandising management systems, primarily Amazon Vendor Central, to manage product content
  • Continual product auditing, reporting, best practice monitoring and share recommendations

Knowledge & Experience

  • University Degree in marketing
  • Additional language French or German - preferable
  • Proven ability work collaboratively across teams and cultures in a matrix environment
  • Able to work autonomously within agreed boundaries
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, generate options, build consensus, and execute
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, changing and a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Demonstrated ability to process website analytics and make recommendations based on data
  • Customer focused capable of dealing at a management level internally & externally and disciplined in execution
  • Good Communicator and extremely practical - Able to communicate out Best Practice and support improvement across the wider Marketing Teams in local markets with a hands on support mentality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & tasks using effective project and time management strategies
  • A passion for everything ‘online’
