  • Shift patterns between 6am and 10pm
As the Estates Officer you will manage the building and grounds and carry out repairs and maintenance to fixtures and fittings including tables, desks, chairs, and decoration within the buildings. You will also be required to carry out cleaning, gardening and grounds maintenance, setting up for events, empty bins, attend call outs, be the key holder on site and oversee on site bookings.

This is either a temporary position, temporary to permanent or permanent position.

There are 4 positions available, 3 working a shift pattern of;

6am - 2pm

10am - 6pm

2pm - 10pm

8am - 5pm 1 weekend in 4

The other position is working a combination of 6am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pmwith 1 weekend in 5.
