The Role:
As a Property Valuer, you will play a pivotal role in the company’s success by conducting accurate property valuations and contributing to the overall client experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough property valuations utilising in-depth market knowledge and analytical skills.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert advice on property values.
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure precise pricing and a competitive market position.
• Staying abreast of market trends and property values to offer valuable insights to clients.
• Contributing to the overall success of the agency through accurate and strategic property valuations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Valuer / Senior Sales Negotiator.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Full UK driving license.
