We’re looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our team as a Senior Lettings Consultantto work in our flagship branch in Bath

We can consider candidates to work on a full-time basis 40hrs per week , or part-time basis to work 3 days a week including Saturdays so 24hrs per week

The role & the skillset required:

The main purpose of the role is to conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree on lets and progress let’s through to exchange and completion.

• Identifying and maximizing businessopportunities
• Carrying out Lettingsand Listings
• Booking property viewings and registering applicants
• Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
• Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
• Giving directives to the lettings team to lead them to branch targets
• Negotiating and agreeing on tenancies
• Representing the company in a professional manner
• Building strong relationships with local property owners

The Candidate

• Previous lettings experience is essential
• You will be a strong communicatorwith excellent inter-personal skills.
• You will have solid IT skills
• Negotiation skillsare key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
• You will be target driven and ambitious.
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount.

*Please be advised that salary advertised is including basic and average commission on top of the basic salary gross per annum, in case of part-time hours this amount is pro-rated depending of hours of work *
