We are currently looking for a talented Sales Negotiatorto work on a full-time basis in our flagship branch in Cheltenham !

The Role

Working at the heart of your branch team and with colleagues across your region and branch network, you’ll be passionate about matching people with the most appropriate property. The role’s main purpose is to conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and negotiate salesand their progress through exchange and completion.

It’s a passion you’ll share with your colleagues, who’ll support and assist you to deliver the best customer service possible.

*please be advised salary advertised is average salary banding including OTE on top of basic per annum*

The Candidate

• Candidates must be highly ethical in their approach and put the customer at the heart of what they do.
• If you share our passion and purposeand have some experience in this area, we’ll help to make sure you have everything else you need to succeed.
• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
• You will be well spoken and well presented
• You will be target driven and ambitious
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance

Salary: £22,000.00-£24,607.00 per year
