Equity Release Telephony Business Development Manager – Salary £26,000 - £35,000

A bit about the job:
This is a predominately telephony-based role aligned primarily to the Equity Release market within intermediated Distribution. This role is closely aligned to the Retirement Income market within the same management structure. It is anticipated over time that this role will/could support activity across all three markets. Aviva is one of only two providers who operate in the Equity Release, Long Term Care (LTC) and Annuity markets. To give optimal results through leverage of the breadth of offering, while also competing with niche providers in each market the telephony team needs to be expert in their field, developing and maintaining close working relationships with advisers and their field-based colleagues.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • Confident in communicating with a different range of people internally and externally
  • Excellent Relationship Management Skills
  • Is comfortable working independently and has the ability to prioritise their work
  • Previous sales experience
  • The ability to reflect and take on board feedback to improve how they work
What you’ll get for this role:
  • Starting salary £26,000 - £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
