Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a English Teacher to work within the Sleaford area, to make sure that the students have continuous support when the unexpected happens and aim to deliver innovative solutions!As a English Teacher, you will be pushing to make sure that students have a consistent delivery in their education:
  • Be responsible for the learning and achievements, promoting good progress and outcomes for all pupils.
  • Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge all pupils.
  • Make a positive contribution to the wider life of the school, supporting the vision and ethos of all the schools you help at.
  • Bring a nurturing and inclusive approach to building relationships, with pupils, and the wider school community.
  • Be able to work with pupils across subjects and year groups.
The Ideal Candidate will have…
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Flexibility and availability to work on short notice.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with students and adapt to different teaching environments.
  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
  • Basic knowledge of first aid and recognised first-aid certificate
  • A full UK driving license
