Experienced English teacher needed in Spalding.Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a full time English specialist to earn £25-£35 an hour tutoring students in small groups as part of the National Tutoring Programme. This role is in a school in Long Sutton looking to provide impactful tuition until the end of the year and will be working in tutoring groups from 1-6 students to improve their core English skills along the national curriculum.This position will primarily focus on year 10 and 11 students so intervention experience with these year groups is crucial to make a difference to your students.Requirements of the role
  • Excellent subject knowledge and planning skills
  • Record every session on our online platform LEAP so schools can track students’ progress
  • Strong intervention and behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication and passion to help schools reach their targets.
