The role will include all aspects of managing engineering apprenticeships, employer engagement, assessing and teaching as required and working closely with the wider apprenticeship team as well as the engineering curriculum team. My client has an outstanding track record in delivering engineering apprenticeship programmes and the successful candidate will use this as a platform to build on.

This role would suit an experienced, committed and professional individual with a strong knowledge of engineering apprenticeship programmes. We are looking for candidates with the following:

  • Current working knowledge of the range of Engineering standards from levels 2 to 4
  • Assessor qualification
  • A background in electrical and mechanical engineering
  • IQA award, however this is not essential.
