Engineering Technician - offering Full training and the opportunity to pursue a Qualification

  • £24,000 - £25,000 per Annum
  • Milton Keynes

The company specialises in the pipe coupling industry, and is well established in the field. They have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Technician to join their team. This position is well-suited to an inquisitive person and someone who is looking to further they’re engineering knowledge and develop their skills

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with project engineers to provide support with new product development and existing product testing
  • Setting up a variety of test equipment, preparing samples and testing
  • Elements of repair and maintenance to machines
  • Candidates will also be required to weld

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 BTEC in an Engineering discipline or
  • Hold at least an apprenticeship in an engineering discipline or
  • Have significant working experience in Mechanical Engineering or a research, development or test type environment
