As a Criminal Justice Engagement Worker with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services & are involved in the criminal justice service, helping them get to where they want to be & make positive choices.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Nottinghamshire Service, for the role of Criminal Justice Engagement Worker. Your base will be Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, however this role may require travelling between sites in the Nottinghamshire area.
The post-holder will deliver a range of interventions, including brief and comprehensive assessments, psychosocial interventions, risk assessments and recovery planning. They will enable and empower service users to build their own recovery capital, and support them into long term sustained recovery and social (re)integration.
You will have a good knowledge and experience working within the health and social care field and knowledge of the criminal justice service, including its key stakeholders is preferable. You will require excellent communication and engagement skills, and knowledge of comprehensive assessments; recovery planning, risk assessing, risk management planning, and an ability to work well under pressure in order to deliver high quality services.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly across operational sites as required and work flexibly within an agreed number of hours to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision. This may include some evening and weekend working.
