Well established, national firm are seeking an Employment Solicitor, based in their Birmingham office.

As part of the employment team, your role will require you to advise clients (including household names) on employment disputes, redundancy issues, business transfers and TUPE, specialist HR support and conducting sensitive and complex cases.

The ideal candidate will ensure that clients’ commercial objectives are in the forefront of everything they do, have excellent knowledge of the field, can provide high quality support, and effectively deal with any employment legal issues that they are faced with.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional who is looking to progress in their career and has 2-5 years PQE. The firm also offers a great team culture in a fast-growing business.
