Employment Associate - 4+ PQE

Location: Crawley

Our client is a top-ranked firm in the South East and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their Chambers ranked team.

The successful candidate will provide advice to a wide range of clients on all aspects of employment law including: advising on employment contracts and policies; performance and absence management; disciplinary and grievance procedures; and managing restructuring redundancies and executive severance. There will also be opportunity to advise on all aspects of discrimination and deal with employment tribunal and High Court litigation.

The firm are ideally looking for someone with first class experience in employment law. They should also have a strong academic record, an intuitive mind and an interest in business development. The team are known for their collegiate approach.
