Role: Employee Relations Officer

Location- Warwick, CV34 6TE

37 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 13:00 Friday

We currently have a vacancy for an Employee Relations Officer at our Warwick site reporting to the HR Business Partner.

As an Employee Relations Officer you will:

  • Provide Employee Relations support to the business.
  • Complete general HR administration including payroll and pension paperwork.
  • Deliver training workshops to our managers.
  • Have the ability to prioritise workload effectively with attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively and with diplomacy with all levels of employees, ensuring confidentiality and discretion is always maintained.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise a varying volume of workload.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Be an intermediate or above user of Microsoft Office.

Key requirements include:

  • CIPD Level 5 diploma
  • GCSE Maths and English grade C or above or equivalent qualification.
  • At least two years’ experience of working in generalist HR.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, case law and HR best practice.
  • Employee Relations experience including providing advice, note taking and formal document drafting.
  • Experience of using Mitrefinch and working within a manufacturing or garage/service environment would be advantageous though not essential.
