Working as an Employee Relations Officer for the NHS, where you will play a pivotal role in the organisational change processes of the ER.
You will have great knowledge of NHS Terms and conditions and experience working within a change management environment.
As the Employee Relations Officer your main responsibilities will include:
– Support managers and colleagues in change processes
– Write formal consultations
– Ensure all formal consultations for staff is effective
– Attend all consultation meetings to gain feedback
– Support managers with papers
– Manage risk staff and apply appropriate processes
As the Employee Relations Officer you will have:
– Knowledge of NHS terms and conditions
– Knowledge of change management
– Experience supporting managers with change programmes
This is initially for a 3 month period.
