We have an amazing opportunity for a skilled Electrician to join Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG). Based within the Wythenshawe Works division of the Property team, you will work with colleagues to provide a high quality and responsive Electrical Service within domestic and commercial properties across the Wythenshawe Community.

Main responsibilities include:
Installing, servicing and maintaining electrical installations in accordance with current edition of Wiring Regulations and IET
Assessment, tracing, diagnostics and rectification of faults using relevant testing and measuring equipment
Routine safety checks and reporting of faulty installations that do not comply with safety within the regulations
Driving and being responsible for a company vehicle when required

The ideal candidate will possess the latest IET Wiring Regulations Certificate and will be willing to undertake training when required. Having previously worked within an electrical/mechanical engineering environment we are seeking an individual with experience of providing a professional approach - when liaising customers to deliver an excellent Electrical service – in addition, you will have the ability communicate, problem solve and work within a team.
