Job Description

As an E&M Technician you will be responsible for providing the provision of effective electrical and mechanical maintenance of a leading financial services company’s head office premises - ensuring working conditions are conducive to the conduct and further development of the company’s business.

You will be working on your own initiative, as well as part of a high performing multi-disciplined team, taking on lead technician role as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working on own initiative and being able to employ creative solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and company health and safety policies
  • Providing a first-class service to our internal customers, delivering rapid solutions to ensure there is no constraint to the operation of the company’s business
  • Carrying out E&M maintenance or project works in accordance with programmes and customer requests
  • Lead Technician for project delivery
  • Key player in controlling and organising resources for moves and changes within the estate
  • Delivering a planned preventative maintenance programme
  • Fostering effective working relationships with internal customers and business partners
Professional And Personal Competencies/qualifications
  • HNC or equivalent experience
  • 18th Edition IEE
  • 2391 Testing & Inspection (preferred)
  • Experience of Duty engineer on call
  • PC skills including BMS/Controls
  • Analytical skills
  • Quality assurance
  • Communication skills
  • Planning and organising
  • Managing Risk
