In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the service and installation of solar PV, battery storage and other renewable components to domestic properties across the South West and some commercial projects nationwide. Training on solar PV will be provided, and occasional stay aways will be required. The ideal candidate will be a qualified electrician, NVQ Level 3 and/or time-served, with a desire to learn new technology and progress into the renewable sector. Any experience with Solar PV systems is highly desireable. You must have excellent communication and customer service skills, and a full clean UK Driving License. The Role:
  • Service and installation of Solar PV, battery storage systems, EV chargers on domestic and commercial properties
  • Respond to faults and provide solutions
  • Attend warranty and after-sales site visits
  • Provide excellent customer service and be respectful in customer properties
  • Covering South-West region for domestic, with some nationwide travel and stay aways to commercial sites The Person:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • 18th Edition
  • Experience working in commercial / industrial environments is advantageous
  • 2391 Inspection and Testing is desirable
  • Experience on Solar PV is desirable but training will be provided
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to travel across the South West, occasionally nationwide with stay aways where required
