North Bristol NHS Trust is the largest provider of hospital and Community Healthcare in the South West providing ‘Exceptional Healthcare, Personally Delivered’ to the residents of Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset, plus we’re a regional centre for neurosciences, plastics, burns, orthopaedics and renal.

The Learning and Organisational Development Team are looking to recruit an eLearning developer to work creating bespoke eLearning interventions for all areas of the Trust. The ideal candidate will join us with experience of producing content via eLearning creation tools such as Storyline and have knowledge of publishing SCORM/AICC content to an LMS.

Over the past year, the Trust has moved towards a more digitally focussed approach to learning and the post holder will support the development of this, helping to make a more accessible learning experience for all our learners and stakeholders. You will be working on developing content across all areas of the Trust, including both clinical and non-clinical. You will be able to work closely with internal customers from all levels of the business to develop inventive digital learning content.

You will require excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to promote consistency and continuity of high-quality focused education. You will need to be committed to maintaining the validity of our digital training output in a continuously evolving industry. You will be working alongside a multi-disciplinary team who all share the same commitment to educating and upskilling our diverse staff base.
