6 Month Initial Contract Multiple Roles Available (Remote and Hybrid from Swindon) £600 Per day Inside IR35
  • The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a contractor to provide economic appraisal to inform an economic case as part of developing a successful business case based on a five-part business case model.
  • Develop a compelling economic appraisal (up-to-six-page report with accompanying annexes that detail approach and assumptions) to inform a successful business case to secure new public and private investment on developing a broad, multidisciplinary research and innovation programme for a key technology, should a new funding opportunity arise in the future.
  • Quantitative estimate of benefits, with appropriate (recent, relevant) evidence and assumptions for each shortlisted option. To include additionality, leakage, inflation and spillover effects.
  • Estimated present value economic costs and benefits for each year covered by the proposal, with justification of appraisal period
