Ecommerce Merchandising Assistant

Responsible to : Multichannel Merchandiser

Department:PremiumFashion

Location:Bury

Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor Samples from the warehouse to photography using KPI reporting.
  • Check delivery intake and ensure photography & internet stock ideals have been added accordingly.
  • Complete and keep up to date all product attribution through the PIM tool.
  • Ensure all product information on site is correct and all products are displaying properly.
  • Work with our dropship brand partners to ensure the full range is active.
  • Approve new products making sure that intake goes online as quickly as possible, ensuring product photography is of a high standard and highlighting any missing images or process delays.
  • Work closely with the buying team to understand the product and keep aware of intake dates etc.
  • Assist the Merchandiser to create reports on daily sales performance, best sellers, what’s not live, monthly reporting etc.
  • Run the New In Reports for the following week, distributing copies to the team. Flag up any new brands to the Multi-Channel Marketing team.
  • Check the site daily, completing product counts and highlighting any problems to the Merchandiser.
  • Run the top 50 best seller reports for stores and Internet, and assist the Merchandiser checking all stores best sellers are online.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:

  • Experience within Multi-Channel/Merchandising environment is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills required.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to accurately enter data.
  • Strong communication/team working skills.
