Job Description

The responsibilities of the Ecommerce customer service are:

  • Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including, email, and live chat, promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
  • Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as the warehouse and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolution of any order-related issues.
  • Assist customers with product recommendations, sizing, and styling advice to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, escalating issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Ecommerce Customer service will have:

  • Proven experience in a fashion customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints or difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented and organised, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge and passion for fashion, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and industry developments.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
