Job Description
The responsibilities of the Ecommerce customer service are:
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including, email, and live chat, promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as the warehouse and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolution of any order-related issues.
- Assist customers with product recommendations, sizing, and styling advice to enhance their shopping experience.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, escalating issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Ecommerce Customer service will have:
- Proven experience in a fashion customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints or difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
