ECOMMERCE ASSISTANT MANAGER (LOGISTICS & CUSTOMER SERVICE)

Salary:£25,000 - £29,000 per annum dependent on experienceLocation: Retail eBay Hub, Harold Wood, RM3 0HU. You will support in leading and developing a team that can deliver an outstanding customer and employee experience, modelling the organisations behaviours.

You will be making an impact by...

  • Supporting and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Ensure customers are at the centre of all commercial and operational decisions, unlocking the advantage of the CRUK difference.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of operational compliance, maintaining all legal due diligence documentation as required.
  • Managing the day-to-day activities and performance of the dispatch team.
  • Providing training on customer communications with the team and set expectations.
  • Maintaining feedback scores in accordance with our selling platforms top seller criteria.
  • Liaising with eBay merchant support partners to maintain compliance within the account.
  • Supporting in the recruitment, development and retention of employees, including volunteers.
  • Promoting recognition within the team.
  • Assisting in the completion of PDR’s, ensuring it’s used to enable the team to achieve business and personal objectives.
  • Ensuring volunteers comply with CRUK’s policies and procedures.
  • Minimising returns and refunds to maintain profitability, availability and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Operational compliance with all legislation and adhere to CRUK brand guidelines.
  • Achieving targets as agreed with line manager.
  • Supporting daily operational needs, when required.
  • Managing stock controls.
  • Managing compliance to CRUK’s health and safety guidelines.
