Early Years Practitioner / Room Leader

Location: Godalming, Surrey

Salary: £18,000 -£22,000 per annum dependent on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm (Full and Part Time positions available)

Our client is a small family business in a beautiful village setting on the edge of one of Surrey’s nature reserves.

The company is looking to recruit hard-working, dynamic and creative Early Years Practitioners and Room Leaders to work with children aged 6 months to four years. Applicants must be motivated and be able to work well as part of a team to achieve high standards of childcare. They must also have excellent communication skills and be able to interact well with parents on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
  • To ensure that all Nursery policies and procedures are adhered to in order to provide a safe and secure environment with an excellent level of child care
  • To ensure the planning and implementation of activities is consistent and in accordance with the Developmental Matters
  • To Ensure individual files are updated and future provision is given in accordance with each child’s individual needs.

Required Qualifications
  • Level 2 or 3
  • First Aid Trained
