Job Description

This is a business-critical role ensuring that our Dynamics 365 (D365) system is fit for purpose throughout its global rollout across the business. As an integral component of a broader business transformation, your D365 expertise will be increasingly vital, making you the focal point for this essential change for success.

Reporting to the Service Level Manager, this position is the first of its kind sat within a medium-sized team, contributing to the larger service delivery framework.

As D365 System Administrator, your key responsibilities include configuring D365 components, ensuring security compliance, and troubleshooting interconnected systems like D365 HR and Customer Engagement. You’ll also manage D365 FinOps system updates and support environment and database activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail to generate accurate and concise technical documentation while demonstrating effective prioritization skills across diverse domains.



Experience Requirements:

  • Administration/ configurationskills of business applications
  • Expertise of MS Dynamics 365
  • Experience supporting D365 business applications in an enterprise IT environment



The Ideal Candidate:

  • Able to multitask effectively
  • Can produce accurate and concise technical documentation
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills
