We are currently recruiting for full-time, permanent Delivery Technicians to join us at our site in Crick, working for our prestigious new customer. You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with weekends off!

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a rate of £12.59 per hour plus a £50 per week instalation bonus. This will rise to £13.59 as of July 2022. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday, access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other benefits including ongoing learning through the XPO University.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
  • Accurately and safely, load and unload vehicles
  • Delivering and assembling office electrical equipment as part of a 2 person crew
  • Your daily start time will be 04:00
  • On-site testing of equipment and brief customer demonstrations



What you need to succeed at XPO:
  • Previous installation experience would be advantageous
  • Be flexible regarding finish times
  • Skills to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Understanding of Office equipment would also be of advantage
