We are looking for Class 1 / Class 2 Drivers to join our Transport / Service Delivery Team, working 4 days on, 3 days off.
Applicants for Driver 1 opportunities must hold a Class 1 (Cat CE) driving license and applicants for Driver 2 opportunities must hold a Class 2 (Cat C) driving license, Digi-card, and have passed their driver CPC to be eligible for opportunities within the Transport team.
Our Driver roles involve the collection of trade waste from multiple sites throughout North and West Yorkshire, operating a range of recycling vehicles including: Hooklifts, Skip / Chain Lifts, Bin Wagons and Rigid vehicles. Waste is then delivered to its final destination in a timely and legal manner, with a commitment to exacting health and safety standards and excellent customer service underpinning all our vehicle operations.
As Yorwaste operates its services 7 days a week, you will be expected to cover weekends and Bank Holidays as required by the business. There will also be a reasonable number of additional hours available for employees.
