The Andaz London is currently recruiting Door Hostposition.

About the role

As a Door host you are accountable first impression of the hotel. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming and greeting guests
  • Assisting with directions
  • Giving local restaurant recommendations
  • Assisting guests with bags and delivering these
  • Ensuring the entrance of the hotel is tidy and clean
  • Build a connecting with our guests and ensuring their having a great stay

About you

  • Ideally you have already gained work experience in the same or similar role, preferably within a prestigious hotel environment. You are passionate about going above and beyond for all our guests with a smile on your face and motivated to change and grow.
  • If you are a dynamic, sociable and talented person that is looking to join a fun and vibrant team, then we would like to meet you.
