About you

As the Head Chef in Eastway Kitchen you will need to have a good solid background working within high quality and high volume kitchens and should be passionate about the role, with great attention to detail. The position calls for a proven Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef with good skills and knowledge of working with fresh ingredients, as well as being creative and talented with exceptionally high standards. You will also need experience of managing a team.
