An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Domestic Services Manager at the Royal Cornwall Hospitals TrustResponsible for the delivery of a cost effective and high-quality Domestic Cleaning Service to staff and visitors.To continually review the service processes and procedures in line with national guidelines and initiatives providing technical/specialist advice as required.To provide effective leadership to the team and support the planning and co-ordination of duties within the Domestic Cleaning Services.To ensure the departments high standards are reflected in practice through effective management of staff and contractors.Supporting the Management team in all aspects within the department.Leading your team to ensure that the department runs efficiently.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.Provide guidance and instruction to members of your team.Must be approachable, enthusiastic and a team player.Sustainability is integral to the Trust achieving the NHS Net Zero target.
