The trust will offer all of the required training to help towards your competencies and the team will offer support to help gain your confidence, we work closely with the Glastonbury team so you get 2 teams for the price of 1!As a team we are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, encouraging and most of all kind (we also like cake!)You must be a Registered General Nurse and community experience is desirable but not essential.Responsibilities include: End of life care, Venepuncture, medication administration, wound care, leg ulcer management, catheter care, bowel management, continence assessments, diabetes management, central line management, negative pressure wound therapyShift patterns include: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 2pm-10pmAs an organisation, the NHS offers a wide range of benefits including flexible working, pension contributions, generous annual leave allowance, career progression and regular conversations, not to mention blue light card and exclusive NHS discounts.Street is great for shopping and nearby Glastonbury is known for its spirituality so all tastes are catered for!
