Our company is seeking a Dispatch Manager to coordinate and manage our dispatch team. The right candidate must also ensure that all customer orders are chased up for their deliveries and collections each day. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all drivers are trained and proficient in their tasks also responsible for making sure that all drivers are properly equipped. The Dispatch Manager will manage more junior staff members and take responsibility for critical tasks such as making sure the furniture is being produced in time, so the driver leaves on time for their daily run across the country and that orders are ready on time for the customers that collect from the factory.

Responsibilities:

  • - Managing dispatch team (Including Drivers)
  • - Reporting to the directors
  • - Handling Supplier deliveries
  • - Dealing with Collection customers
  • - Chasing up production
