We are currently seeking a Product Solution Director – eCommerce to support the accelerating growth in our existing Fulfillment, eCommerce & Value-Add Solutions in current end-markets served (Technology, Consumer Home Products, Industrials, Healthcare Equipment & MedTech) as well as to broaden the eCommerce core solution offerings into relevant adjacent markets. This senior-level position will report to our Senior Vice President Solutions Engineering and coordinate matrix/cross-functional teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will come from an Operations/Solutions focused background with experience in eCommerce in Consumer-focused end-markets with relevant experience in supporting Sales & Marketing teams. The preferred candidate can be located in one of the following locations: Germany, The Netherlands, United Kingdom or Poland.

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Design, develop and refresh a comprehensive multi-year strategy to support the expansion of current eCommerce platform targeting small/medium/large scale potential customers.

  • Define target markets and competitor landscape.

  • Research capabilities required to be best in class in chosen core solution/targeted end markets.

  • Engage existing internal stakeholders (Operations, IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing) to address capability gaps and opportunities and define “Go-to-Market” strategy.

  • Deploy Go-to-Market strategy across the organization.

  • Ownership of the ongoing capability roadmap for the eCommerce service offerings.

  • Once in sustaining mode, responsible for supporting the Sales team on strategic sales opportunities, refreshing the strategy annually & support of M&A strategy in the eCommerce space.

Your Key Qualifications

  • 15+ years of relevant experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply-Chain, Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field.

  • Experience in creating Go-to-Market strategy in eCommerce solutions, knowledgeable in this industry/area beyond our current portfolio.

  • Engineering expertise in continuous improvement and lean and developing engineering solutions in response to RFQs to win new business.

  • Experience working in the eCommerce Logistics market with an understanding of diverse target market requirements.

  • Willingness to travel at 25%.
