As Director of Consumer Partner Sales, you will drive our future growth in the connectivity industry. You will be instrumental in leading and developing our end-to-end sales process and focusing on engaging and managing key Partner ISPS to sell across our expanded network. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for achieving business acquisitions and connection targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.


FullFibre is in an exciting phase and is undergoing a significant merger with Digital Infrastructure, positioning us as a dominant force in the connectivity industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and develop the entire sales process across the integrated business, harnessing the synergies of the merger.
  • Attract, manage, and engage key Partner ISPs to sell across our expanded and enhanced network, created through the merger with Digital Infrastructure.
  • Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and ROI analysis for various activities and campaigns, ensuring optimal utilisation of the combined resources.
  • Act as a critical friend and true business partner to fellow leaders in the integrated organization, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Drive adoption and awareness of our services through engaging campaigns, leveraging the combined expertise of Full Fibre and Digital Infrastructure teams.
  • Analyse information quickly and use it to make robust decisions, capitalising on the diverse strengths brought in by the merger.


We are looking for someone who...

  • Several years of experience and a proven track record in building and delivering high sales growth within the Connectivity/Comms industry, specifically into Channel partners.
  • Experience in owning end-to-end go-to-market strategies with proven ROI success and achievement to target
  • Excellent commercial and business awareness, adapting strategies to align with the integrated entity’s goals and objectives.
  • Senior position experience in a similar capacity for 3+ years
  • Affinity for high-tech, high-growth companies with informal structures and technology-focused staff, fostering a cohesive work environment
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, embracing the diversity brought in by the merger.
