DATA SCIENTIST DIRECTOR

DAY RATE - £500 (INSIDE IR35)

REMOTE ROLE

3-6 MONTHS CONTRACT

THE COMPANY -

This client operates globally in the marketing and technology sector on a B2B basis. They address their client’s marketing issues by implementing creative technological changes to facilitate their growth. Their data-driven team works to use their insights to inspire their client’s business direction via marketing automation techniques, R&D, and content development. The company culture is that of creativity and hard work employing top talent to work in a responsive and collaborative fashion amongst multi-functional teams.

THE ROLE -

The ideal candidate will have a Data Scientist background with experience in machine learning, data mining to manage strategy projects surrounding predictive and churn models. This candidate would oversee the data science strategy team working in end-to-end fashion to help the business achieve their goals. This role is not your typical back-office data position without business exposure.

As a Data Scientist Director, you will -

  • Implement Machine Learning/Churn Models
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to establish data science strategy
  • Partake and lead client pitches (in-house/external)
  • Provide internal expertise on statistical methods and AI

Key Skills -

  • Experience in Predictive and Churn Models
  • Proven background with Machine Learning
  • Strong programming expertise in Python, SQL or R
  • Experience working with AWS or Hadoop
